#1358: Add more features to slideshow block

Configurations for the slideshow block:

Title (we already have this)
image transition time (we already have this)
Whether the image should be displayed in the same order as in the gallery or in random order
Whether navigation buttons appear or not

other things:

add title field for images
display the title in the page title when viewing the image individually (content viewer)
if the image has a description, it is shown together with the image in the slideshow block;
if the image has a external link filled, the whole thing must be a link to that URL
all blocks must have an option, whether they are displayed only in the profile homepage or in all articles

This block must be displayed:
Always
Only in the homepage
review all block descriptions in app/model/*_block.rb
