Description of the bug

After creation of a folder, the user is redirected to a wrong page. They should be redirected to the created folder.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to cms
  2. Create a new folder
  3. Look to the page

Testing environment

The user is being redirected to the page stored on session[:return_to]
