#1382: 'Environment Administrator' option is appearing while changing role

Description of the bug

"Environment Administrator" option is being showed while changing role. It should not appear because this option isn't available.

Steps to reproduce

1. Follow "Control Panel"
2. Follow "Manage Groups"
3. Follow "Manage" in the correct enterprise
4. Press the edit button in one member.
5. The option is displayed.
