#14: visualize page with informations about entities/nets of guarantee/validation of SEEs

Rationale

The user A (connected or not; registered or not) visits the page that presents the set of solidary enterprises validation entities or nets in the system. It is a table that shows some detailed information, like name, logo or image, territorial area where it acts (states), and ingressing date to anheteguá system. Each item is a link that makes possible the user A to see more details, like contacts, the net or entity description, and explanations about its verification methodology if a candidate for solidary enterprise is it or not, beyond eventual restrictions about the kind of enterprises that the net/entity verifies or not.

Noosfero user story (pt_BR)

O usuário A (conectado ou não; cadastrado no sistema ou não) visita a página que apresenta o conjunto de entidades ou redes de validação de empreendimentos solidários no sistema. É uma tabela que mostra algumas informações detalhadas, tais como nome, logo ou imagem, área territorial de abrangência da sua atuação (estados), e data de ingresso ao sistema anheteguá. Cada item é um link que possibilita ao usuário A ver maiores detalhes, como os contatos, a descrição sobre a rede ou entidade, e explicações sobre sua metodologia de verificação se um candidato a empreendimento solidário o é ou não, além de eventuais restrições quanto ao tipo de empreendimentos que a rede/entidade verifica ou não verifica.

Tasks

1. implement a new task type CreateEnterprise.
2. modify the "register enterprise" feature to:
   1. let the user choose a region in the first screen.
   2. present a list of validators for that region and let the user choose in the next screen.
   3. create an instance of the CreateEnterprise class that will be confirmed in #16 having the selected validator as its target instead of creating a new Enterprise with active set to false.
      • change the "active" atribute to default to true. If a profile exists, it is active by default. But keep it so actually inactive profiles (the user stopped using it) can be marked as such.
