#1497: The accept published article interface missed the proposed article name

Description of the bug

The user propose a name for the published article in the communit when publishing, but that is not used by the community moderator interface and the moderator must to back and copy the name to publish it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a article
2. Click on "Publish"
3. Publish to some community
4. visit http://server/myprofile/some-comunity/tasks
   The name must be ther, but is not.
