#1719: The wall link shown on scrap e-mail notification is not correct

Description of the bug

When a scrap is sent to someone, regardless if it's a reply or not, the e-mail notification shows a link to the receiver's wall. When the scrap is a reply on another wall, it should shows a link to this wall, but now it shows a link to the receiver's wall. So, in other words, the link that appears on the e-mail message should show a link to the wall where the scrap is located.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login as user A and leave a scrap to user B on user B's wall
2. Login as user B and reply the scrap below, that is located on user B's wall
3. Check user A's e-mail and you'll see that the link shown in the notification is a link to user A's wall, while it should show a link to user B's wall
