#1747: Chat bug in Epiphany browser

Description of the bug

• Every time you open the chat on Epiphany browser, it opens a new window with the chat instead of using the already opened one.
• Epiphany browser crash when in background and receive a new message (seems problem with blinking title bar) - for now, blinking is disabled in chat cause we have a small bug, but we need to re-enable and resolve this bug in Epiphany
