#2125: Better interaction with Gravatar

Some places like http://StackOverflow.com do not store user pictures or some other informations. That is delegated to http://Gravatar.com

We use this service to show pictures from unauthenticated commenters, but most of users don't know how to add his own picture. StackOverflow put a link "change your picture" pointing to Gravatar. We may link all unauthenticated pics to Gravatar too, but the recognized ones we may point to its Gravatar profile.

This hash is the same e-mail MD5 used to the image.
