#2371: Media panel enhancements

When you upload several similar images, it is difficult to tell them apart by looking at the thumbnails.

It must be possible to upload an image and include it in the text in one step. Look at Wordpress to see how it is done there.

follows a preview of how this enhancements were done. Unfortunately it is not possible to even come closer to wordpress capabilities, but IMO this is already a good improvement!

note to self: 78a0bcf54fcd1a5721915b4b3dbd086daf85ea92 is the commit in which I merge d the master branch, now with the solr stuff, into my topic branch. My problems started there.
