#2386: Can't join to a community with own domain

Description of the bug

Trying to join to CONSEPLAN community by this URL:
http://conseplan.colivre.net/profile/conseplan/join

Returns:

Routing Error

No route matches {:profile=>nil, :action=>"index", :page=>[], :controller=>"tasks"}

This error no longer happens, since the Profile#join_url now adds the profile value in the url hash that is set to nil when the profile has its own domain.
