#2405: The comment box for activities was not made to grow

Description of the bug

When you try to comment a activity you can't write more then some words. The box will no to grow with the text, and if you try to force manually you will see a crappy.

Solution: Try to use a script a script already used on Noosfero to grow up textareas with its content or a jQuery plugin. Place the picture background with absolute px and not with percentage or some relative named position, like middle.
