#456: POST RELEASE: set environment name and contact e-mail at zen3

to completely fix AI:444 we need to set the contact_email for the zen3.net environment to something like postmaster@zen3.net, and make sure this address reaches some real person.

Problem: aliasing is not yet implemented, so for now we'll probably have to create an alias by hand (e.g. in /etc/aliases)

created an alias support@zen3.net. For now it points to my e-mail.
