#672: must not be able to put blocks in the middle

Rationale

Well, as discussed many times in our meetings in Salvador, we just opened this ActionItem? to remember Colivre Team, because it's not included in 0.11.0 release.

We want to forbid user to put any element in the center of site. Some blocks like:

• My Network,
• contacts
• organizations
• groups
• tags
• profile information

These blocks should be only possible to be located as sideboxes
