#909: only useful articles must appear in blogs

in the blogs, we need that only the articles appear, not the files

example of files that must not appear in www.apres-vd.ch

note: in zen3, "blogs" are actually "Recent content" blocks.

just don't list UploadFile articles in the recent contents block. Turn the :conditions in app/model/articles.rb:89 into a string with '?' and interpolate the values in.
