Noosfero release checklist

Take a look into RELEASING file.

For final versions:

	spread the new version in pt_BR site (http://softwarelivre.org/noosfero)
	spread the new version in English site (http://noosfero.org/Site)
	announce in discussion lists: here and here
	post about the new release in microblogs http://twitter.com/colivre and http://identi.ca/colivre, dont forget to use group `!Noosfero` and tag `#Noosfero`
