Updating Noosfero website

Everyone is welcome to update Noosfero's website.

1. Ask in one of the mailing lists to be added to the NoosferoGroup, so that you have permission to change the website.
2. The website is stored in the web Site.
3. Please discuss all changes you want to make in one of the mailing lists before doing it, so that we keep a consensus of what we want and need on the website
   • if you are reviewing texts, fixing typos or making other minor changes, you may skip this step.
4. All changes to the website are notified to the development mailing list, so everyone is able to follow the changes made.
5. Please remember to always update both English and Portuguese versions of the website.
   • If you don't speak Portuguese, please ask for help on the development mailing list
