#2247: Put to RSS/Atom offered

Websites and browsers' extensions need a tag to know wheter the site offers Feeds.

Blog and forum pages, which have a default feed method from acts_as_having_posts lib, already have this tag. However, apart from blogs and forums, the user isn't aware of a community's RSS Feed neither by this tag nor by a RSS button.

I can't find the tag at http://cirandas.net/dtygel, for example. How could you see it?
