#808: Automatic-Menu Block

Option 1: indicate in the articles whether they must show up in the menu or not

Articles must have an flag ("show in menu" checkbox) to add or not the article on the menu.

When the flag is checked on the interface, a box with "name in menu" must be enabled for the user. If that is left empty the name must be the same as the title.

The menu will automatically list all articles flagged to menu and it will create a list with child lists making a tree based on the pseudo file system of folders in the CMS.

The folder menu name will be showed on the menu, but not as a link. The "folder name" will be a opener for the sub menu.

Option 2: customizable menu

the block works like the "article block", but with many items. Each item points to an existing article and can have a custom title different from the article it points to. This option is better because the user can build many blocks like this.
